Out of curiosity, if a 10k or 8k is filed; would we be able to see it same day filed or is there a review by SEC before hand?

CAGR is an OTCPK !!! HELLO??!!??!!
The OTCBB may require SEC filings to be listed as a reporting OCTBB, but the SEC does not require any filings from a OTCBB... get it? That means the SEC will not do anything as you have posted.. because CAGR is not required to file by SEC... if it is an OTCBB yes, but not by the SEC. And especially because CAGR is an OTCPK !!!!

I know its confusing to some.
