The Serial infringers will now have to pay way more to license our prducts and use them and hopefully we will get some ITC enforcement to stop the "illegals" from flooding over our borders and stealing our goods and taking it back home to their coutries. Putting good working legal American companies in jeopardy because of their tactics and illegal activities.
Harpdog, think of it now before with the j-3 and t-3 weve been in the same litigation with groups of 3 or 4 or 5. Now were stepping up the pressure and we are going after more comapnies individually than ever before in the MMP history.
How many current Serial infringers, in the current ITC litigation, will settle quickly?
Well if Leckrone is any strategist, and, based on his seperate suit for his products. Off the top of my head around 5 out of 13 or 14 or so settle quickly.
