I fail to see the distinction between promising something and affirming that it is included. I also fail to see any evidence of Nunchi anywhere in existence. So I think it's fair to say that ATT is out promoting more of what they have, even if it is only a small part of what EDIG promised, than EDIG is promoting - effectively nothing.

I also find it interesting that shareholders continue to talk about Nunchi as if it actually exists.
