P&D by who, or is it whom? (I can't ever remember)

We knew Asher had shares to unload from conversion of the last note, and with VERT on the ask yesterday, so it was no surprise to see the large volume yesterday. That volume was going to be there regardless of if a group came in or not. Granted, the PPS might have ended a lot lower, but Asher was going to sell period.

Clearly there's a pump going on...but who's going to be dumping, and when? The company won't be dumping. They don't have shares to dump. And there's no pump or promo that is coming from the company.

So...where's the P&D?

Bottom line. Some new folks bought a lot of Asher shares yesterday. That's where we're at right now.
