no, because the company is busy dumping the entire os into the float. so, the 450 mil float is quickly swelling to 1 billion+

Considering the PRs weve gotten i beleive shares are being sold by insiders and here is why I beleive that. If youre this Korean company and you want to buy AGIJ youd obviously need more than half the shares. Float 450 mil and OS is 1.4 billion. Youd only need just over 700 million shares to take it over. Of the billion not in the float, minus the controlling shares of 700 plus million, Im of the opinion that the difference is being converted here by the preferred shareholders. If im this Korean company i would not want to take it over with those guys shares hanging over my head affecting my pps. Thats what id do if i were them. They negotiated a .0022 buyout and that is why i am buying shares. I beleive they think the pps will one day surpass that. JMHO

Also the PR prior to this one name dropped the guy spearheading the takeover. "Vengerhoff" or something lol. Does that sound Korean to you? Even if they Gave the Koreans all the shares remaining in the treasury it would not be enough and theyd be in danger of the preferred shareholders taking over the company anyways. IMO they would not buy the shares unless a deal could be had to buy a portion of those other shares as well. Thats why i beleive whatevers left is probably being sold in open market. Could have been part of the deal. Thats just how i see it. If anyone has anything that makes sense i would love to hear it. AGIJ
