I guess that is typical APS play .... if any thing concerns me is if they get offended due to all these premium speculation (Which only they are to blame), then it might effect inversely to share holders ... which is not good...

If i can get an email from APS, i will surely be more happy, thinking they are good and they will play nice as usual ...
