Possja18 - You're correct!!! It is not business but calendar days. The Quarterly Report is now due on August 19 with the filed extension. The Q2 Report was due on 14 August. There are 31 days in July and they have 45 days to file the Quarterly Report after the period.

31 days in July + 14 days in August = 45 days.

The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F,11-K or Form N-SAR, or portion thereof,
