The GoodPal/Goodman/KuwaitiGuy is a given. When under the "alterego" KuwaitiGuy over on RB is where I made the connection. While grammar and sentence structure is still rough, think back to the Kuwaiti days. Smart guy like DC can't even fake staying that "stupid" for very long.
I don't recall the specific posts, however, it seemed very obvious to me at the time. FWIW, all IMO.
