$0 in sales says it all folks. MPIX can't even generate a single penny in revenues yet Roxy and friends pay themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars of shareholder money. If they were actually generating some sales and profits, large compensation could be OK. But to award themselves large paydays when they haven't made any sales at all is a total scam IMO.
