development agreement means......New Shows?

Correct, means we can look forward to other shows not just limited to Travel Tech?

In May of 2012 IC Places signed a content distribution and development agreement with Clear Channel's new Clear Vision Airport Network. Upon full rollout, Clear Vision will offer a 24/7 day part television network at every gate in 260 airports which will be seen by 1.8 billion travelers a year. IC Places TV shows will run across this network in their full format. This ad based network offers IC Places another revenue stream for the shows it produces as well as additional exposure for its products.

It will take more than a week to build something that last, it will take more than $5.00 and 50 shares to build something Epic ;)
