It is RYLES expectation that CDEX has the money to pay him what hs is owed. That is why he opposed giving BAXA back the money in the escrow account.

BAXA is now owned by a large corporation with deep pockets..and the true reason JB wants to return that escrow money is that he does NOT want to tangle with BAXTER.. But the court has not given him authority to return that money. And RYLES wants to be paid.

LOL, the last I checked, the truth is based on Facts and Facts provide the foundation for the truth in regards to Cdex and Life.

But it should not surprise that to twist fact and truth was going to happen, lol.

But as it has already been posted by someone, when one has not shares, and is not engaged, except to one's lab top, opinions and suppositions, and yanking from thin air is all one has, lol.

A perfect point to the above is "JB got the number of shares increased by adding his illegal vote of shares that he no longer owned."

There is zero truth to the above words, the facts of the voting margin were so large in favor of increase, Mr. Brumfield's shares (voted or not,lol,WASC) were an absolute mute point.
