"wait for the next balance sheet" That's not practical, as it will require a very long wait. The only reason to publish new financials now would be to assist another pump five years hence by saying, "Look, we're Current Information on the OTC Markets!", again (just like the last two times). Right now, the publication of second quarter numbers would disclose too much about the chicanery going on at Drake, so there's no point to publishing them. Company enthusiasts don't seem to mind that the first quarter financials weren't even good enough to maintain the Current Information label, so why would they care about second quarter numbers?
Edit: In fact, second quarter financials would now be past due, I believe.
