Im just saying that as a shareholder of a company that is pretending to merge with another company to cover up a grand scheme just doesn't seem honest. Alot of people threw money away on asyi because of the supposed kooltel merger. Personally using a ruse or a lie so potential shareholders lose money seems criminal to me
