Sounds like they had to pour the floor thick enough to hold the very heavy processors. If they were originally just going to use it for fabrication, it may not have originally needed such a thick floor for just fabrication of individual parts vs. housing an entire processor.
In summary -- before it was a fabrication building. Now it sounds like a processor holding building. The change would likely require a much thicker floor.
If I add flooring to my house, it doesn't mean my house wasn't completed 20 years ago. It just means I added flooring.

No need to be concerned with what who said way back when. Those who partipated in the last financing arent concerned about it either. We're focused on moving forward with much anticipation that our investment is in good hands. In other words we trust the people of this company and know they are busy making things happen.
