Level 2 price action and most importantly volume 100% supports this case to be true. I have mine all locked over 0.10.

I'm hoping SUTI breaks her record and doesn't stop at .23 but trucks on to .30 -- I'm quite sure some other investors would like that, too. Never know..... but then that's my wish and my opinion

that is a low float - especially if they are actually pulling in $$$$...Most pennies don't!! LOL
