that's what I figured with restrict-eds coming up, and then GMND showing up on one of my favorite pump/dump radar lists 2 days ago for the first time.. eh well see

That is your opinion.
According to the company and lawyers letter and current reports GMND has not increased the float. The float remains at 39 million shares.
