Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent With Dong Feng Motors: (8.25.2010)

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen
Hybrids, announced today it has received a signed Letter Of Intent from Dong Feng Motors, China's
second largest domestic auto maker.

The Letter Of Intent (LOI) addresses three different ventures in which the two companies have been
in dialogue. The letter of intent addresses the formation of a joint venture with HTI's majority
owned subsidiary, Hoss Motor Sports, with Dong Feng Motors to manufacture, market and distribute
the Hoss UTV. The letter of intent also addresses the formation of a joint venture between HTI's
majority owned subsidiary, Highline Hybrids, and Dong Feng Motors relating to implementation and
production of Highline Hybrid's hydrogen generator. The third focus of the letter of intent is
the formation of a joint venture between the two companies to refurbish and rebuild auto components.
Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. will release details to the public of these joint ventures
as they are negotiated.

CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We are very pleased with our progress. Relationships take time to build,
but when they are formed, they can be very beneficial. We have posed the question many times in our
office what the ramifications would be if an auto manufacturer was willing to integrate our
technology into their processes. We are one step closer to this possibility. We will continue to
negotiate these joint ventures while maintaining our vigilance in aggressively pursuing the OTR
and agricultural markets with our hydrogen generators. The results our units are achieving in
these markets simply can't be ignored."

ORIGINAL JOINT VENTURE ANNOUNCEMENT with Dong Feng Motors:

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. Announces Joint Venture With Dong Feng Motors: (9.21.2010)

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder of HOSS Motor Sports,
is pleased to announce a completed joint venture with Dong Feng Motors, to manufacture and sell the
HOSS line of UTVs. HTI is scheduled to receive the first shipment of UTVs from Dong Feng Motors in
the first quarter of 2011. Per the terms of this joint venture, Dong Feng Motors has also acquired the
license and rights to manufacture and sell the HOSS UTV within its own distribution channels, and
provide royalties for each unit sold to HTI. This UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) is designed
specifically for the sport utility, forestry, and construction industries. In addition to
the Hoss 500 we plan to introduce a three cylinder diesel powered UTV. This will be the
only diesel UTV manufactured with a supplemental hydrogen fuel system on board. The Diesel
model will enter the market priced approximately $3,000.00 less than the closest competitor.

"We have consummated the first of the three joint ventures we previously announced," stated
Charlton Coats, CEO of Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. "The joint ventures for our
Supplemental Fuel System from Highline Hybrids and the third venture to refurbish automotive
components are still under way. We are very excited about bringing the HOSS UTV back online
for production and getting them to the market, both here and abroad. We are very fortunate
as a company to have both personal and business relationships within China and in particular,
with Dong Feng Motors. We have been offered several additional business opportunities in
China, as well as other opportunities with Dong Feng Motors. We are relentlessly evaluating
each opportunity and proposal, and will keep our shareholders advised of the developments."

Highline Technical Innovations Announces Final Approval on the HOSS UTV: (4.28.2011)

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) announced today that final approval
has been given on the HOSS UTV. A representative for HTI has been at the Dong Feng Motors
development facility in China for the past three weeks testing the performance of the
first generation of the HOSS UTV. Special attention was placed on the unit's electronic
fuel injection system and shift on-the-fly four-wheel drive. Small details were fine tuned
to assure top quality components and appearance. The rugged chassis design allows the HOSS
to enter extreme use conditions ranging from ranching to fire, search and rescue. HTI
reports that all of these features compare to any of the major competition models currently
available. Final approval has been given to begin production on the model. One of the
initial requirements of the joint venture that Dong Feng Motors and HTI entered into was
a mutual agreement on the final prototype. Specific details were added to the HOSS at the
request of Dong Feng enhancing features essential for the Asian markets. HTI stated that
the first production unit is being shipped to HTI headquarters in Farmington, Arkansas for
assembly where video documentation of its performance will complete final touches of the
marketing plan that has been established for the HOSS. CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We
believe our final version of the HOSS was well worth the wait. We are very excited about
our approach to marketing and can't wait to make our HOSS available to the UTV community."

Highline Technical Innovations Issues Update on the HOSS UTV:

Highline Technical Innovations Issues Update on the HOSS UTV The
HOSS Utility Terrain Vehicle passes phases one and two of EPA
certification requirements

FARMINGTON, Ark., July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Highline Technical Innovations Inc. (OTC: HLNT)
announces progress with EPA certification of its HOSS UTV. HTI reported that its HOSS UTV is
required to meet or exceed four milestones before achieving final certification from the EPA.
The first milestone, for initial emissions test on the HOSS engine, was successfully met in
April 2012. The remaining three milestones are EPA emissions tests at 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000
kilometers individual runs. These tests are performed on a stationary Dynamometer. The
HOSS UTV successfully met or exceeded the 2,500 kilometer standard. The 5,000 kilometer phase
of the certification requirements has begun. The lab performing the EPA certification,
anticipates the testing will be completed by late September with final EPA certification
anticipated by the end of October."We are pleased with our progress," stated Chad Coats, CEO
of HTI. "We, along with our joint venture partner, Dong Feng Motors, have and will continue
to patiently wait for the issuance of the EPA certificate. It is a long and arduous process,
but absolutely necessary if we want the HOSS to be the success we believe it can be."

EPA testing is one of the highest and most stringent compilation of standards in the world.
Coats stated that both HTI and Dong Feng believe that with this EPA approval, not only will
the HOSS be available for sale in the United States, but approval will also add tremendous
value to international marketing efforts of the HOSS.

Talk about NAMING NAMES, here are some guys (who must be all in on

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. Announces Application of Fuel
Cell to Dong Feng Motors and Foshan Products
:
(5.10.2010)

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HLNT) completed
demonstrations of its most current hydrogen generator for David
Tai, liaison to Dong Feng Motors. Mr. Tai presented Highline with
specifications for the CITROEN 1.6 liter, 16 valve motor, a very
common engine used throughout the Asian market in smaller vehicles
.
Prototype application for this engine would equip a multitude of
engines for this region. Mr. Tai said, "The fuel in China is much
higher than it is in this country and our expanding economy greatly
increases the demand for fuel." Efficiency is the primary goal, but
with ever growing environmental concerns, emissions reduction is
also a concern.

Mr. Wang Shun Li, owner of Foshan Products, a manufacturer and
exporter of farm related equipment, accompanied Mr. Tai to
Highline's facility with an interest of how Highline's technology
can impact the agricultural community, particularly farming
equipment that utilizes diesel engines. Mr. Li and Mr. Tai are
working together to integrate green technologies in each of their
particular fields. CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We are excited to
have had Mr. Tai and Mr. Li visit our facility. We hope that this
is a positive step in our relationship with them and those they
represent."

#71995 RE: Brico #71985

Where's those FINANCIALS????

I can't wait to see the explaination of that train wreck.

PWC meetin yesterday. HLNT is in deep trouble. The FORECLOSURE is in full speed ahead mode and HLNT has no defense. Study that case shareholders. HLNT filed a Counter Claim and it was tossed out of court as it applied to the lenders. There is no defense for HLNT as they try to ignor 10 million in debt, interest and legal fees. All part of the security PWC controls for those lenders.

The push is on at HLNT to move everything to a place where PWC can't take it by court order. That aint gonna work as it didn't in the past games.

Look at the past if ya wanna know how these boys opperate their shams. As far as what they claim is comin in the future. That's about as believable as they've been for over two years here. Not believable at all cause they never happen. You're being begged to hold while the EXIT strategy game is bein played by others. Play smart.

#71998 RE: Brico #71985

NEWSLETTERS for the FILE to DF (remember to use these too!!)
And let us know how it goes btw...(ROTFLMFAO)

Due to the overwhelming requests for information regarding
the truth about the HLNT/Dong Feng (Dongfeng /Dong Fong)
partnership. Here are some FACTS for consideration.

HLNT Newsletters whereby Dong Feng (a.k.a. Dongfeng, Dongfong, is
mentioned: they are ONE & THE SAME in relation to HLNT)

1. What is the status of the Hoss and Dong Feng? Please give more
detail.

The HOSS UTV is currently on a container vessel in transit to the
U.S. Upon arrival, testing for EPA approval will commence. HTI
management will test the HOSS UTV before further developments
proceed with Dong Feng Motors as part of the original agreement.

October-November 2011 Newsletter: http://www.theinvestorletter.com/hlntOctNov2011.html

1. Will the Hoss be offered at a discount to shareholders again?

Yes, pending EPA approval.

2. Has a timeframe been established for the Hoss to become available to retail sales?

EPA testing by the lab the UTV is at currently will take 30-90
days. The lab will certify it and submit it to the EPA for
verification of results. The EPA can then either approve it or
request a second test for confirmation. Based on the information
given to HTI, it could take up to nine months for full certification.

January 2012 Newsletter: http://www.theinvestorletter.com/hlntjan2012.html

2. Will EPA approval of the Hoss validate the Wildcat?

No. The HOSS and the hydrogen supplemental fuel systems are
mutually exclusive EPA issues: the HOSS requiring EPA/CARB
certification, and the Wildcat requiring CARB Certification and EPA
Verification. The EPA Verification and CARB Certification for the
Wildcat are priorities for HTI for the purposes of the strategic
partnership we have described above. The certification and
Verification are vital to the full implementation of our Partners
marketing plan.

February 2012 Newsletter: http://www.theinvestorletter.com/hlntfeb2012.html

4. What are the best current estimates, all things considered,
when we might see a HOSS ready to ship to its first customer?

We received notification from the testing lab that the engine has
met the EPA requirements for certification on emissions. Under the
2012 regulations that are now in effect, there is additional
testing that must be completed before it can be presented to the
EPA for final approval. The testing includes an endurance
performance to ensure that the emissions remain consistently within
range after running the unit on a dyno for 10,000 kilometers
(approximately 6,000 miles) at around 15 to 20 miles per hour.

This additional testing is expected to take another 60 to 90 days
if there are no more unforeseen issues. After the additional
testing, final EPA approval may take up to another 60 to 90 days if
there are no more unforeseen issues.

Upon completion of the certification testing, the unit will then be
brought to Arkansas for final review and approval, and if there are
no more modifications required, Dong Feng will then be authorized
to begin production. This can put the first units to be received
and then resold into the 4th Quarter of this year.

3. Does HTI have anything in the works with Dongfeng other
than the HOSS? (i.e. 1.6 liter engine).

The Joint Venture between HTI and Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Ltd.
involves both a gasoline implementation and a diesel implementation.
The gasoline version is currently undergoing EPA certification.
Upon successful completion of this certification, HTI and Dongfeng
Motor Corporation will continue the next phase of the Joint
Venture which will activate a royalty agreement whereby HTI will
