FEMA gave a portion, but USDA gave the lion share. USDA is where we need to be. FEMA has certain criteria that ya must fall into. Basic housing and evacuation is more their thing. Communication needs come down the road. Lucky for us we were donated a block of land next to the 911 communication tower and Pill Box the Mayor, Govenor and law enforcement uses when things get turned upside down. The entire idea just fit the area. We can land helichopters of our roof and all power is generated at times of need with Nat gas. Its can house an Army if needed. And army of rainmen.
