Do you realize how many people have millions of shares, my buddy owned 10 million, from march, and just sold 3/4 of it...there are a lot of people other then the CEO whom hold many shares...so I believe you are wrong, matter of fact I know you are!

Can you explain that a little further?

Starting with the 621 million shares in May, add 125 million restricted for the CEO of Punch, plus another 42 million to buy all assets of Punch TV.

Add 621 + 125 + 42 = 798 million shares. Guess what the O/S was as of August 1st? 798 million shares.

Where exactly is this dilution coming from or ending up at?
