I was just checking on Ameritrade. August 7th Diaz filed form 144 to register 5.3m shares for sales. It says the date of sale is Aug 15th. If that's the case he wouldn't have been able to sell any shares last week.
I have seen this filed before. I think he has to refile this every 90 days or so.

However, I would like to know who's doing the selling. I think they are making a huge mistake.
