true, a running mill will gain income, that's the key, that we all know. PPS will move on rumours, good news as results, etc. But in the end it'll be the milling that will move this thing up and could provide a buyback.
We are almost on a crossroads. One direction is the co. being sold, another one buyback of shares, etc. No-one knows the outcome.
