It might be worth noting that a few of us are still here and have been for a V E R Y long time.
Right out front and in clear view for the SEC, CIA, FBI, and all other courts, and Judges to see and talk with.
I understand the good book, to which there is only one, and know very well the placing of the hand.
The obvious clear picture is how many have gone bye bye, and who continue's to remain. Cannot get any clearer than that in regards to LH/Cdex.
The truth of the BK is well known, and it certainly did not have to happen, to which that is well known as well regarding Cdex the company.
But when 3 ask for special treatment, and 14 seek to allow Cdex to move forward, the rules that govern take over.
One can only role one's eye's concerning this typed sentence:
"My only comment at the moment is why blame MP and RYLES when CDEX was broke and had adequate reason to file BK w/o doing that?"
Now let the facts be clear, Cdex was needing additional funding back in January of this year. The ground work to get the senior note holders to allow Cdex to move forward had been done. But instead of Cdex getting funding and moving forward, 3 forced Cdex to file BK.
Then one who had given their word, went back on their word, and was joined by two others, forcing Cdex to file the BK. A WELL KNOWN FACT.
When one picks who to believe and who not, be sure the one who is picked has NOT went away, lol. Those who are NOT around, are NOT around for a reason. lol.
Cdex is waiting for the Judge to give his position.
If INONIT's exist, they would be the one(s) who are standing with those who are NOT around, and have gone bye bye, lol.
