everything is possible. But just assume James Beatty is scammer, not every scammer could do a big pump and dump succefully. Maybe he want to pump it to 0.04, but he is not capable to do it.

OR, he didn't put out fluff pr's because that could be used to incriminate him more in a "fluff pr stock selling scam". lOL...just think about it

If I was him I would just continue to let "lotto ticket" players continue to purchase the shares that I was diluting based on NO action from me or the company. Makes sense, no????
