he sold,that is why the filings have never made it out.
as stated arne is/was good when talking big.the only problem was he never had any revs/money/it was all on the come.by way of "other peoples money".
im betting he tried his best to keep the filings from coming out,in hopes that "soon" some money would be throw his way,then he could somehow justify his selling when he did release the filings.
he also said that the deal with lime truck fell thru.im sure the real reason was that lime truck left him knowing they would be better off without the baggage.
