Chisox how do you know that?

It says that the shares can be converted...but what proof do you have that they were? Also Argyll says that on page 10 of that document there is something about a private offering of more shares...but all I see on page 10 is this...

"The company received a committment from an unrelated party during this period to provide the company with commerical financing services..."

How is that translated into more shares out?

Please explain....
