I haven't heard any details yet, but I, like everyone else, am very interested to find out. Thus far in the history of EGCT, the share structure has remained healthy, and management (Withrow) has cared far more about a solid share structure and corporate balance sheet than the share price. That leads me to believe that this deal will get financed in a healthy manner. I imagine they're working out the financing now, and if I hear anything substantial, I'll pass it on. If nothing else, I know that they've worked so hard and so long to select, vet, and sign an agreement to acquire with a reputable company, I can't imagine they don't have an equally well-thought out plan to finance.
