I am not certain how Steve Fearn fits into all of this as he is listed as a member of APG's Geo-Tech team. Incidentally, the Red Arrow Mine currently operates under a 110(2) Limited Impact Permit with the DRMS. Infrastructure and refining aside, I don't have to tell you the massive time and expense required to upgrade to a 110d DMO permit; the required permit that would allow RCKE/APG/Red Arrow to construct a 200 ton concentrate mill.

Asking people on cgfi site is not doing your homework.
