ASYI increases the A/S to 5 billion! Two failed LOI's! Massive dilution with billions sold! PPS drops to .0001 with no bid!
It's a no brainer! Couldn't be any clearer what ASYI has been up to!

they are not trying to be a pump and dump company and its really easy to see that if you take a close look at how everything has been done thus far

Not always companies that do the pumping and dumping - can also be investors building false hope to drive up price to benefit themselves.

I would love nothing more than for this to take off, trust me. But I've seen this before many times and rarely does a stock in this position take off.
