You are correct. Florida has no state income tax. It's very business friendly as far as taxes go. Regarding property tax .... as in every state, that would depend on where the property was located. As an example ... waterfront property = higher taxes. Same as everywhere else. Great place for Expert to be doing business, with the lower taxes!!
