On the surface I agree with you, but if we get information before the meeting that these shares are to be placed with X, Y, and Z, making Offor a minority shareholder as well... then I gots to think hard.

I can't help but feel that Strand Hanson advised ERHC that an AIM listing isn't likely to be successful with a single man having effective control.

This *could be* the solution to that. I still need a buttload plus a wheelbarrow full of information before I can decide. Somehow I think I won't get all that I want, so I'll have to "wing it" on vote day.
