Yeah it's pretty vague in the letter that went out. It just says that the permittee won't request multiple technical revisions simultaneously and if they want to address all conditions at once then it needs to be an amendment. I thought about asking Wally about an appropriate Amount of time, but then I got busy.
On a side not, I had a beautiful sample of grog at dinner tonight. A flight of Middleton whiskey. 3 ounce and a half glasses of 3 different whiskeys. Glorious!
