water under the bridge... serota got the hammer laid down on him legally... Lewis had absolutely NOTHING to do with any of it (he wasn't even here yet), and this shell was never really used for the scheme purposes as per the article, and obviously the float which is confirmed by TA.
As our new CEO, Lews is truly working the company by his own standards and serota has nothing to do with it other than the fact as a former BOD (i believe at one point he himself was acting as president of the mining company: formerly clnp) he was left with a large block of shares when Ken took over. but, thanks to that encounter with the feds, neither his friends or serota are allowed to trade. not CLNP anyway. In no way does this affect us. arrangements are being made to eliminate serota's former position/shares and obviously the OS will be updated as soon as that's taken care of, and regardless, it has nothing to do with CLNP's progress on the company side of things, other than it being a positive because once serota's position is off the books, the os will be updated and it will be much smaller.
