Agreed. It is however a non-issue because it will do little to no effect on the company and share holders. I loved the fact that Olaf pointed out in the beginning that the TA was gagged. That was really a concern for me, even though most penny stocks TA are gagged. Last week BW ungagged the TA which is very good news.
