"fh...mkhd is in the process of an AUDIT which may be done by end of AUGUST..how will they merge with anyone before then. The LOI was filed, no "DEF AGREEMENT " was signed..iR verified the audit process. I can conclude based on those FACTS that the merger between MKHD and GCS will not happen before Sept 1st. I believe its dead by now but cannot post a link to confirm that. The time frame for ASYI does not fit with MKHD time frame. SHORTS MAY BE RIGHT ON THIS ONE!"
