nope never said that they do all that is necessary to either be a serious player or get bought out at decent price (minimum 30cents but with the size of contracts and the qty, they can ask $1 a share). a buyer would pay 50cents /$1 NOW or $3-4 in 1year it's also all about several buyers, one against each other. reread the articles on acquisitions looming again in the sector for 2012 biggest names became pet names households through acquiring new smaller ones....
