The Courts have already decided on the issue of guilt or innocence by accepting the guilty pleas of everyone involved in this fraud except for Michael Metter. And if he has any brains at all, which is a big if, he'll plead as well before his former business partners, Steven Moskowitz and the other self-confessed felons, throw him under a bus.

I guess we'll see.
