B402, mix and match between properties to dis-credit is not IMHO ethical. Please explain what the posts from the other company have to do with the property you were referring to in your post? If I am reading the post it is quite perplexing? Maybe I am confused? Even if on the same continent there are variations? Up to? Down to? around? Though maybe not preferred by the agencies, are factual. Is it your opinion that the Steads are the only ones that have posted the before mentioned in a PR? LOL
