I could care less about the daily fluctuations here as said earlier this one is all about the end game... if you missed it better read all of the posts here today... the end game is the golden ticket selling anytime before they make you sell them is a serious mistake... we have a suitor or maybe two hell who know maybe 3... better pay attention... maybe he is selling right now... maybe we are all very rich and do not know it yet.... there is always a reason why something does or does not happen....

True, but a lot of these companies are running with skeleton crews and don't have someone dedicated to doing this type of stuff. Who knows. I hear you however. I prefer more disclosure to less. I have studied the effects of disclosure on investors behavior and honestly investors don't make better decisions with more information in general. People overweight the news, overreact or underreact to it typically. Still something like the rest results might have been well received. Also who knows how this would affect a possible deal.
