I still think that GCS got a bad taste in their mouth from Beatty and his shenanigans. For the GCS PR company to completely irradiate the deal from their site, all of their other media(twitter etc...) and the GCS web site, which they maintain, is to me a clear sign that something highly irregular came to light and they distanced themselves from MKHD/Beatty as fast as they could. If that is why the sweep happened then I doubt that they would get involved with Beatty in a ASYI deal.
This whole thing stinks of scandalous stock selling scheme. IMO
