Nonsense...CEO has many options. I even sent him a 6mo
FREE trial with a well-known reputable TA that gladly
gives out the share structure!!

The CEO wants to DILUTE & KEEP IT HIDDEN!! Hence
selecting & KEEPING a GAGGED TA!!!


Any CEO that tells you different if FULL OF IT!!
PERIOD!!

Shareholders want an UNGAGGED TA for good reason.
Here, the stock got TWITTERED-UP while the CEO was
DILUTING TO THE HIGH HEAVENS...AND covered UP the
fact that his KEY FILM GUY-- the ONLY ONE with
experience SPLIT!!!


That's a MATERIAL EVENT this crumb-cake CEO has a
fiduciary obligation to SHARE....MORE SHARING COMING
ALRIGHT--- LOTS MORE SHARES in fact!!! BET ON IT!!!
