These nanocap companies are very hard to put on a specific timeline. I think you are correct that since they have issued their Form 10-12G/A it is highly likely they have already responded to all SEC comments. But one never knows. And in the 1934 Act registrations I have looked at (for other companies), I didn't see an actual EFFECT statement being posted, so the first thing we might hear would be a PR from the company.
Or perhaps the 10-Q will come first? Maybe they wait until after that to issue a PR update? No way of knowing. The company sure as heck wouldn't divulge that sort of info.
What I AM extremely confident that with within 1-2 months we will be registered and uplisted to OTCQB. I believe there are a lot of people who simply will not buy pinksheet stocks, and so I believe we will see a significant influx of buyers once we are on OTCQB. Or the increase in demand might happen sooner. With a patient group of shareholders like we have, any sort of increase in demand should lead to a rapid increase in price.
Whether we zoom to $1+ right away or whether it takes just a bit more patience is not a major concern. We'll get there one way or another.
