So if I remember right the O/S was somewhere around 400,000,000 and the float was around 250,000,000
so... respectively there's 5 million outstanding shares with a 3.125 million float?

We don't know though what the amount of new shares issued are if a reverse merge is being completed....

very interesting....the behind the scenes things going on.....
hopefully this will all work out in the end... alot of people here for awhile waiting to see something.
