That may have been the case back in 2009 and 2010 (selling shares and raising the OS numerous times). BUT, that was 2 years ago and what did BBDA have going for themselves at that time? Nothing like is in the works currently. I believe to compare the situation from 2 years ago to now misconstrues things. The past is the past.
