LL- Embarrassing is right! What a bunch of junk on "NUnCHi" tM. I do not see how anybody can conclude after reading the NUNCHI info on the website that the info provides "a high level understanding of our Nunchi innovations.” Also, nice one pointing out the "expect soon" they managed to get in that PR! I may be wrong but my EDIG senses are strong after being burned more than a dozen times and I say they are totally rudderless right now.
Another thing for longs to consider is that EVEN IF EDIGs 774 patent was not crippled by a bad markman ruling as EDIG acknowledged and the 737 was free of the reexams and litigation was initiated today it would be almost a year and half before a markman ruling might be expected. EDIG has stated that licenses almost certainly require legal action.
