The CEO, President and all LBSR directors are ALIGNED with shareholders in that a large portion (or all) of their compensation are options and unless the PPS increases for them to exercise.... the options are worthless!!
Doesn't get any better than that....oh wait...it does...None of them sold any stock or options since I've owned the stock!!
Mr. Briscoe says he won't sell any below 90 cents a share!!
