I been watching awhile mm's can sell to each other at lower prices,this also brings the daily short wolume down, I think that is why their doing it after hours,because the numbers are not showing up in finra's daily tally but the short volume being lower is...go to wwwshortvolume.com and you can see in the chart...Remember these guys sell borrowed shares,when the numbers start getting tight they will have to go up or better known as short squeeze...The Permit approval was just granted...$CGFIA...GO METALS
