That's a pretty big deal if he in fact doesn't work for Tivus. Has Shiva confirmed this in your communications with him?

TiVUS, Inc. (OTCPK: TIVU) today announced it has named Steven D. Truckenmiller as executive vice-president (EVP) of channel partners.
"I am pleased Mr. Steve Truckenmiller has joined TiVUS' management," commented Shiva Prakash, TiVUS' chief executive officer.

If this was a fabrication I think Shiva could be in big trouble. If Truckenmiller resigned or was let go, Shiva certainly should have let his investors know. If his hiring was important enough to PR, then his leaving should have been as well.
