If one wants to find dark clouds on the horizon, one can always find them. Might be the time of day though as dark clouds are mostly due to the sunlight one might be experiencing at the time.

In the morning, 'dark clouds' are easy to see on the Berkeley hills but the sun comes up a bit more and it is just the snow white fog bank from the bay pushing over the hill to cool off the valley below before it burns off. Guess that why we also have a beautiful red sky when the sun goes down. Someone has to do it......

The sun is just beginning to come up for NNVC but still there will be those that only focus on the morning sunlight on the fog bank against the hill. Who knows why they have to articulate their fear. Maybe focusing on ones workplace might be more productive.

The problem for shareholders with this company is their interests have a low priority with management. The dilutions don't equal any accomplishments. Clear to see if you just follow what they have done from $1.50 per share to now.

For some reason they don't want to put up the money for TOX. Ask why? Shouldn't that have already started TOX before now?

The sp is in a tail-spin, the ground is getting closer and the dog is starting to bark.
