Easy to understand.

They are and always have been motivated by money. No matter what phase we are in they bad mouth the company to manipulate the price down,... buy in,... disappear,... stock rises,... sell,... and start the cycle all over again.

an average of over 20,000 shares are sold short on this stock EVERY DAY. (ie 34,000 yesterday, 32,000 the day before). Yet virtually all of those trades are bought back in on the same day. So yes, there are folks playing for pennies in the stock every day and you can bet that some of the loudest and most vociferous doomsayers here are the players.
