I think $0.01 is possible. $0.02 to $0.03 are likely. I'd be shocked at anything higher. They will have $0.02 of legal charges in the Q and that is going to smart. Fortunately that is the last outstanding case and we have clear sailing on that front going forward.
I hope I'm pleasantly surprised but I'm not getting my hopes up and certainly not acquiring any trading shares in anticipation of an EPS share price bump.
If there is a Q bump it is more likely to be the result of positive guidance for Q3 / Q4.
That said Dr. G has been doing road shows looking for attorneys which is a positive sign they have the cash flow to take on new cases.
